Responsive, quick, extremely helpful and did excellent work. Iris even went to Home Depot to help me pick out tile and make sure we got all the necessary supplies. Made the process a million times easier. She also gave me suggestions and ideas for other parts of my home that were very insightful and helpful. Enormous help! Would hire them again any time i need work done.

We had Erazo Remodeling replaced our two upstairs bathroom floor tiles (which consists of tearing out old tiles, removed baseboard, remove toilet - to be reinstalled later, add hardboard sheet, new tiles and baseboards installations, reinstall toilets and haul debris). Also, installed a glass shower enclosure to our downstairs guest bathroom, re-installed an existing shower glass door to our master bathroom shower area and install our kitchen wall unit appliances. . They were on time as scheduled for work each day. Alejandro was easy to talk with, he listens and try to work with us on any issues that we may have concern of. He also gave us an estimate time how long it will take for each project and for the most part, it was on-schedule. He will work with our schedule when possible. Overall, we are very satisfied with their work. Their cost was fair and reasonable. They really do a very good job. I would say that I will hire them again with another home project.

From day one, Erazo Remodeling was open and honest. They were always on time & in constant communication. They sent pictures of the progress. Amazingly, they stayed on schedule, even when I made changes and added on to the project. We had issues with the bathroom fixtures. It would have been easier to buy new ones, but Iris & Alejandro worked with me to find the missing parts taken by the previous contractor and we were able to use the fixtures I really wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They were careful about tracking dirt & dust through the other parts of my home. They were honest about the excess materials. I have found the only team I will work with from now on. I can't wait to start my next project with Erazo Remodeling!
