Robert and his guy came out early and on time on Saturday morning and replaced the springs and bearings on our garage door in just over an hour. They were professional and gave me tips on how to perform maintenance on the garage door to keep it working smoothly. They did the work and charged exactly what was quoted on the phone without trying to up sell me on anything we didn’t need.

Its a long story, I summarize it below 1) We requested for the service on line. 2) We had an ProLift employee come with his truck and uniform. 3) He priced the request at US $3,100 verbally. 4) We did the job 3 weeks later and had another employee visit us. 5) Then we realized that the employee that came earlier had priced the job 3 time over and had the job signed without us knowing. 6) the job was completed by the new staff for US $800.

Technician arrived promptly and repaired the broken springs fairly quickly. He advised me that the door opener also needed replacement. They were going to do the repair while Iâ m with my husband at the hospital and agreed to let me pay when I get home and inspect the work. So they freed up my day which I appreciate.
