They did a good job. It was like liposuction. They were punctual and professional. They were very efficient in what they did.

We had carpet installed in 2008 then a hurricane damaged it so they came in and fixed it. Overall, we have been satisfied with the service.

His estimate was done well, but he didn't do any work (because I didn't hire him).

I was not sure what I wanted to do in the kitchen. The salesperson I worked with was very patient. Never did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. THe actual installation went smoothly. Obviously all parties knew what they were doing and did it well.

I found this company on the list. I called them about coming out to the house for an estimate but they actually require you to come to the store first and pick the woodtype before a site visit and estimate. No problem, we did that, the gentleman (Jim?) that waited on us was very helpful. Picked out woodtype that matched existing flooring, setup onsite visit. Same person came and did the estimate. The order was supposed to come in 2 weeks later but I guess their supplier screwed up and ultimately we had to delay the job for another month to avoid the holiday season. When their 2-man crew showed up, they were punctual, professional, worked efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of every day. The crew-lead was very detail oriented (there's few things I love more than a meticulous contractor) and made sure everything was done properly. There were a lot of cuts involved because of a hallway/closets etc, they could have taken shortcuts and they didn't. The final price came in a little higher (10%?) than estimate because there was some additional sub-flooring replacement that was unexpected. The floors look beautiful. The only downside is the older floors look sad by comparison.

It was good because they did it within budget and when they said they would. It turned out to be nice, high quality work. They were professional, polite, and they did a good job of cleaning up.

This company is first-rate. They were prompt in scheduling appointments for estimates and in doing the proposed work. I got good advice on which laminate to use, and what finish to choose for the hardwood. They were very patient with questions, honest, and thorough. I also got an estimate for this job from the company that redid my office floor, and they told me that Dick N' Sons had given me a very good rate, that they couldn't beat.

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. I first tried to pick my own tile and carpet color without much success. Jim came out to the house for an estimate, then brought back a few tile and a few carpet samples for me to try out. He really has an eye for color and design and I was planning to go with his suggestions, if the pricing was right--and it was. This firm has very fair pricing and the service is outstanding. We are so pleased with how the materials coordinate with our home. Every employee, from Jim, to Paul who also assisted scheduling and answered a million questions, to Bill the carpet installer, Maritza who coordinated the tile design, and the two gents who did the tile work--all great. When the existing tile could not be removed with a hand tool, the area was sealed off to limit the dust in the bedroom. The second gentleman who laid and grouted the tile, was also very friendly and professional, and completely cleaned up the area before leaving.

They are the best out there. I had flooding and roof damage and needed all new floors. They had this all done very quick in a matter of days. You would not believe the tile people. Every little tile is straight running from one area to the next in a straight line. They also gave me an extra box of tiles for free in case I ever need to make repairs. I felt they that they did just beautiful work. My flood insurance covered this but I know it came to around $10,000 since we upgraded everything to the best materials.

Job 1: They performed the work in a day and a half at the day that was scheduled. They arrived on time, respected my property, and cleaned up their mess when they left. They did a beautiful job and I highly recommend them. Job 2: It took longer than expected to remove the vinyl tile since it was so firmly glued to the slab. However, they did an excellent job designing and lining up the laminate. It is beautiful and I am very happy with the result.

They ended up using a dark thin set underneath the tile in part of the kitchen which showed through the grout. They were coming back to seal the tile and decided to try a colored sealer to try to cover up where the dark thin set bled through. It worked, but the color was horrible. They ended up re-doing the whole kitchen. They were very conscientious where they did work and made sure that they covered our carpets to make sure they did not stain or track dirt. Sometimes they wouldnt give an exact time as to when they were coming, so the scheduling took a little bit of juggling but it worked out. We were shocked at how inexpensive three rooms were for what we thought we would spend on just the smallest bathroom. We didnt use the cheapest tile, either.

The flooring company called me back immediately & stopped by to give an estimate. The price was very good & they showed me a less expensive wood that's as good as hardwood. The installation was scheduled as soon as the materials were available & the installers were on time. After they finished the floor in the den, they installed carpet in the bedrooms. They cleaned up any mess & did a great job.

I HAD A PARTICULAR URGENT NEED TO HAVE THE FLOOR REPLACED. JIM NOT ONLY MET MY SCHEDULE BUT EXCEEDED IT. HE PERFECTLY MATCHED THE PERGO FLOOR WITH THE EXISTING HARDWOOD IN THE REST OF THE HOME. HIS RESPONSE AND CONCERN FOR MY SITUATION WAS PHENOMENAL.
