They were hard-working, worked continually until they were finished! Everything is SO much nicer and ready for my company now. Bathrooms sparkled; bedrooms were dusted and vacuumed, tile floors were mopped, appliances shined! Great group!

They were FABULOUS. The best ever. They did such a great job. They did all of the window ledges, mirrors, stairs, cabinets, furniture, bathrooms, blinds, floors.pictures, beds...on and on. They were so good. Very professional, nice, on time. I would recomend them to everyone I know, and I will have them back.

Note: Updates below in response to their response. The cleaners missed some big items, including obvious things like excessive dust on the blinds (there was so much fluff on top it was almost falling off) and completely missed the front porch. To their credit, the woman on the phone (Emma or Emily) was very apologetic and was able to arrange a fix-up clean soon after. The fix up was also not to standard - including items that I'd photographed for them looking exactly the same (the blind fluff was still about to topple under its own weight). Even before that, though, their online booking form doesn't have all the questions they need and they followed up 2 days later with an email to ask more questions (including some questions I'd already answered). I replied and another 2 days later, they sent a quote which had some basic items wrong despite my answers (I'd told them about a 2 story house twice, and the quote still came back for a 1 story). I replied with corrections. I then had to follow up before finally receiving the quote - a little over a week afterwards but still a week in advance of the clean. Even so, they couldn't give me a time until 2 days before... and I again had to email and finally call up in order to get that time. On the positive side, the cleaners did turn up on time... even if the quote didn't. UPDATE: Yes, I received a $40 refund (after writing the review, but not after it was published). Thank you for the refund, I have changed the price from "C - fair" to "B - good". All other aspects remain the same. It took me less than a minute to remove the stains they are talking about in their response, and as the photos I uploaded show, the was very easily removable dust left on the blinds after both cleans. I've double checked the email trail and I apologize about the initial reply, it was within 1 day. Neither response was "same day", though. and the second email response took over 3: My initial reply to their quote, informing them it was incorrect: Sat, Apr 5, 2014 at 5:09 PM My follow-up with "Hello. I'm still waiting for a response to this.": Wed, Apr 9, 2014 at 7:54 AM Their reply with an updated quote: Wed, Apr 9, 2014 at 9:23 AM Finally, they say in their response that outdoor areas are not usually included. They had "porch" as an available option on the quote checklist, which is why I enquired about it (and the balcony). They charged an extra $25 to have them cleaned, which is fair. I have no idea why porch railings wouldn't normally be included in that extra price.

They did an outstanding job. They were hard working and were pleasant and professional in their interactions. I could not have been more pleased with the cleaning. They truly did pay attention to all the details. Of note, one of our bathrooms had some stubborn tile and grout stains, and I have NO idea how they removed them. I had tried several times, with several cleansers, to do the same. They've got some skills!!:)

It was fine and it was a good service but I didn't realize that they traveled 10 miles. I wanted to use them again but I can't contact them and they never called me back.

They get the job done. I keep the house pretty well maintained but I do not have the time to do the baseboards, kitchen counter, oven and the microwave. They seem to have done a pretty good job cleaning those areas. Will probably hire the again once every quarter.

They did a great job! This would have taken me hours, but they cleaned everything real well in less than two hours. The price for the quality of work is very good. I will be using them again.

They were excellent!!! They wiped off base boards, wiped down my doors, cleaned my fans, thoroughly cleaned my living room, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms. I am very happy with the service I received.

They were GREAT! I was extremely pleased! I couldn't have asked for anything more! I am going to start using them on a regular basis!

They cleaned my house and it looked much better than before.

My house was very bad, i have physically been unable to keep up. These cleaners were punctual, friendly and very detail oriented. They even vacuumed behind my refrigerator! Over the years i have had numerous house cleaning services. This company was the BEST i have ever used. i will recommend them to my friends. The girls i had were Jenny and Ninfa and they are terrific!

I spoke with a super sweet Detail Cleaning Services representative named Emma on the phone after finding her on Angie's LIst. I needed my house cleaned thoroughly because we are putting our house on the market and everything has to look perfect. Emma was great and was able to fit me into her schedule on very short notice. The house cleaners showed up on time and got right to work. I have wood floors throughout my first floor and they did a fabulous job cleaning them. I have NEVER seen my wood floors look so beautiful! All of the work they did left my home feeling super fresh and clean. I am already planning on having them come back soon. I am confident my house will show better because of the work they did to get it looking great. I highly recommend Detail Cleaning Services!

I bought the deal on a Saturday and the cleaning was able to be done that Wednesday so the turn around time was good. I had a couple extras/changes to their cleaning list and most everything got done. Two girls came to clean and got right to it, both were very polite. They cleaned from 1-5pm-ish. Emma had asked me to review the list of services they have on the website and asked me if I would like to add anything to it. I had requested that the backdoor and front door window be cleaned and that I did not mind paying extra for it. Emma was very persistent that they do not clean windows and while she didn't verbally say it, the tone of her message was that there are no exceptions. After that, I was kind of hesitant to continue to have the service done. There were a couple cobwebs left in a few places where the walls meet, but my house was very dusty and the rest of it looked great. I would use them again.

They did a good job but forgot to do the oven which is included in the deal. We did e-mail the owner and she did refund us $20 dollars.

I liked their cleaning better than the first one that I have used. They did a better and a more thorough cleaning. There was no additional cost for the service. I only paid what they had quoted me. Two women came out and they were here for four hours. They exceeded my expectations.

I wanted them to come on the Sat but they didn't have any openings so they were scheduled for Thurs. would put me on the list if they had a cancelation on Sat. They came on Sat and the three all took a room. They did what I asked and explained if they couldn't. They did a great job and I will be calling them again

I found the Deal I wanted and called to make sure they had the day before Christmas Eve available. They reassured me several times they did and they showed up on time. The cleaning was ok. I wasn't sure what to expect as it was the first time I had a professional cleaning done. They broke a $3 ornament and informed their boss right away which was appreciated. I didn't much mind the breaking of the ornament. Later in the evening, I went to start baking and found the "oven cleaning" including just spraying oven cleaner into the oven. The oven cleaner puddled in the drawer underneath the oven. I had a cast iron pan in that drawer that was completely ruined. I had to clean my oven myself and I let them know about the issue. I sent them pictures and they refunded all of my money in full, including replacing the ornament and pan. Customer service was good, work done was poor.

It went very well. They followed all my instructions -- my concerns with certain pieces in the house. They use their cleaning products and supplies -- so they literally leave your house spotless. No towels to wash. No products to buy. I have been very happy since the first date of service and continued to use them on a bi-weekly basis. They are very professional. And they get my house clean within 2 to 2.5 hours -- which I love -- getting my house cleaned is not an all day project -- yet they spend enough time that I know they have cleaned my house. I get the same crew everytime -- which makes me very comfortable.

The crew did a great job. They were careful with my home and belongings, pleasant, and thorough. I would recommend them to others and I would use (and have used) their service again for my home. My only suggestion is to use better smelling cleaning products, but it's such a minor point. The quality of work is more important.

I've been using the service for many many years now, and as always the cleaning team that I get is prompt, professional and flat out awesome. The ladies are fast, they revamped the house in about 2 hours, it would have taken me 2 days to have done what they were able to accomplish in a couple hours. I've recommended them to many friends and family and they all say the same thing. I love my dealings with Emma and the whole Detail Maid Services organization. Anyone who has used a cleaning service knows that it's a frustrating search to find the right service... Well the search is over, give these ladies a shot, you won't regret it.

Emma an I set up a time for service an she also text me when the cleaning crew was on there way. I had a crew of 3 ladies come to my home. They had all there cleaning supplies. It was wonderful!!! It took about 2.5 to 3 hours to clean my home (4500 sqft) I will hire them again!!!!!

It was totally disappointing. I had my house de-cluttered and essentially ready to put on market before they came, so they did not have any clutter to deal with, no bed to make, no dishes to wash. I wanted it to be noticeably squeaky-clean, especially the floors. I don't think they even mopped the tile floors. In the bathroom, I could scratch up gunk off the floor in a corner. They did not clean the soap and shampoo cubbies in the showers. The basins were not noticeably clean. The counter tops had some smears left. In the kitchen, they did not wipe off the front of the oven door, which had something visible running down the front, nor did they wipe off the front of the dishwasher, which had visible dirt.. The front of the microwave door was smeary. I had sprinkled baking soda on an area in a hall, and the soda was still there when they left. They apparently just made a half-hearted stab at vacuuming my walk-in closet. I could see where their vacuum had been pushed about half-way across and left areas which had clearly not been vacuumed. They did not clean the light switches or the door facings that get grungy over time. I have spent a lot of time today cleaning light switches and door facings, and I plan to mop the tile floors tomorrow. I didn't expect to have to do this, since I paid the extra price for a one-time deep cleaning the should have left my house noticeably clean.
