Was very happy with the entire process. From the time I purchased the deal to the end of the actual cleaning everything went as expected and communication was excellent. I am so happy that I'm going to have them start coming weekly because it takes me 3 days to do what they did with 2 people in 2 1/2 hours. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other cleaning companies that I've called for quotes or have used in the past. My house, including carpets, look lovely. I'm looking forward to the help every week!

I don't think I have every had a better quality job done. I would love to have them do my entire house (3700 sq ft) on a monthly basis.

I had unexpected travel for a family member making it impossible for me to be back home for the scheduled service and have since messaged the company through Angie's List to make them aware.

Emma was prompt and courteous when responding after I purchased the "Deep House Cleaning up to 1,800 Square Feet Plus up to 5 Areas Steam Carpet Cleaning and Deodorizing" deal through Angie's List. Because I had uncertainties with various other service appointments, we had to email back and forth several times to coordinate a final time to do the cleaning; during this process she was very patient and understanding. On the day of the appointment, the three cleaners arrived on time at 8am, and began working immediately. They were finished in about 2 hours (~1600 square feet), and were all very polite and professional. The cleaning itself was done very well -- for the move-in package, they cleaned inside the cabinets/cupboards and inside the oven, and I added on a refrigerator cleaning ($25) as well. There is no carpet in the house, so I did not use the carpet tech, but they did a great job on the tile floors.

The personell arrived on time and went right to work within minutes. They worked at a very high pace and the end result was excellent. Everyone was very professional and courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. I don't think my house looked this clean even when it was new.

The maids did a wonderful job cleaning my home, including cleaning the oven interior, dusting everything, vacuuming and scrubbing the kitchen and bathrooms. My home has not been this clean in ages.

Ever since I purchased the special for $359 a few months back I am very happy with their cleaning services. The ladies are very friendly and do a fantastic job cleaning our house. We have a 2,400 square foot home includes four bedrooms, 2/12 baths, two story house, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen.

I had guests coming and wanted the house cleaned up prior to their arrival. Managed to find the deal on Angie's list and they were able to schedule the cleaning 2 days later. Very prompt service and a thorough job of cleaning. The house seemed refreshed. This was my second time using them and I'll hire them a 3rd time as well.

The company was very responsive and flexible when scheduling, even down to the last minute when an issue with my schedule arose. The workers arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, did a great job, and were very concerned about my satisfaction with their work. The house looks and smells great!

Emma was very easy to work with in setting up the schedule and what was to be accomplished during the cleaning. She was professional and quick to respond to my questions. The ladies arrived on time and were very time efficient. They completed all tasks on the check list in a timely manner and were polite if they needed me to move or had a question. I was very happy with the way the house was cleaned. I am starting a rotation with the company to continue services with them.

It went fantastic. I cannot express how satisfied I was with their services! I have three small dogs and they have made a mess of my white carpet, there were areas that I thought would never come clean again, but after Detail Cleaning Services were finished steam cleaning my carpet, it looked like I had brand-new carpets installed. They worked fast but were very thorough. And you cannot beat the price they were offering on their coupon. I will definitely be using them again.

The 2 young women arrived on time and cleaned in a very thorough and systematic fashion covering all of the areas that we had discussed. I look forward to having them on a regular basis.

The technician did a great job! He arrived on time, got the job done, and my carpet looks like a new one.

When they came out I expressed how getting the floor and baseboards were most important to me. We had communication problems. There seemed to be a language barrier so I wasn't able to get across what I truly wanted. They charged me $30 additionally to clean the inside of the oven. They didn't do as good of a job on the floor as I wanted. I told them that I could wipe the floor with a towel and it was brown with dirt. They sent me back a $30 refund.

Detail Cleaning Services did an excellent job. I had contacted a number of cleaning services before we chose them. They were by far the most responsive to answering my questions quickly and getting back with me to set up a convenient time to come to clean. They have been extremely professional in all my dealings with them. Our house was cleaned very well. I am very happy with their service.

2 workers came at the agreed time. It only took 2 hours, they did a great job. Emma was very accommodating by getting someone assigned within a week of when I needed them. I plan to use the same 2 workers every month. The price is competitive given the quality of the service. We are allergic to bleach and the workers were very good about using non-bleach products for cleaning. The products they used on the wood floors is the best I have found. I highly recommend this service assuming the quality of the others who work for this service are of the same caliber that cleaned my home. I switched to this service after searching Angie's list since the other one I tried (3 times) were using vacuum equipment that did not work, Swifter mops and cheap spray products instead of ones that should be used to clean the tile, wood and laminate floors. I ended up providing the products and the mops in order to obtain the results I needed. .

The cleaning crew (2) arrived on time and were very professional. It took them about 3 1/2 hours to clean my house and there attention to detail was excellent. They only missed one small thing and that was the finger prints on the glass in my oven door. but they were quick to respond when I pointed it out. The company was also very accomadating when I had to make a lady minute schedule change. They came within 2 days of the original appointment. I would , and already have them scheduled for another cleaning service.

Overall the cleaning was good EXCEPT for the cleaners scratching the surface of our new stainless steel kitchen appliances, in particular the microwave. I contacted the vendor after noticing this after the cleaners had left. The vendor's response was to all but accuse me of lying and offered a discount on a future cleaning. I want the appliances repaired (they are less than a year old). Additionally, the cleaners left several of their used cleaning rags in various places around the house for us to find. Not surprisingly, the texture of the rags is like sandpaper so I'm not surprised they scratched up the stainless appliances.
