 + -1 moreWe have three large double panel Fleetwood sliding glass doors in our modern home. We attempted to work with Dawson to replace the glass on one of them that shattered due to a manufacturer's defect. Dawson was far from helpful - their estimate was $4K to replace the glass under warranty. I had no issue with their $100 site visit, but I would not recommend them for repairs. Maybe the experience is better with new installation. We try to support local business when we can, but we also have to consider our own budgetary concerns.

 + -1 moreI initially spoke with Curt and he was patient and very informative etc. I also spoke with Galen and he too was nice and helpful. When I decided to go with Dawson Supply to do the work, I spoke with Bill who scheduled the job, and Bill too was a great person to deal with. Jimmy came out and did the job and he was fantastic. Jimmy did an excellent job and we are very happy and satisfied with his work. So all the guys at Dawson are engaging, informative, helpful, courteous and professional. Great customer service, great work. Definitely would hire them again, and highly recommend the company and service.

Description of Work: They removed the sliding glass door. They cleaned the tracks top bottom and all over. They replaced the rollers. They made adjustments until everything was working smoothly. There was no pressure to get a new door which I liked.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. It was a complicated job. Our house is vintage 1968 and it has some architectural elements to it that are very unique. The objective was to preserve the looks. They were very sensitive to the house and the architect came when they designed it.

 + 0 moreRequested valuation and estimate then gave them the go ahead. Total time from first call to completed work was approximately 15 days due to a three day rain delay.
Description of Work: Adjusted and serviced all sliding doors and windows in high rise condo. Eliminated wind noise, dust and leaks. Work was done on time and in a professional manner. I recommended Dawson's to my neighbor and they did a great job for them as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

 + -1 moreI liked the honesty of these workers and their experience and professionalism. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly. They were friendly and polite. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do and even gave me a little advice on the gliding of the repaired windows. I couldn't have been more pleased. It seemed expensive, but since these were large windows, the glass replacement was much, much cheaper than if I had to purchase whole new windows. I was very glad I found this company.
Description of Work: This company subcontracts, and it was one of their providers that came out, took measurements, then called home base. Within minutes, I got an exact price. A phone estimate was given over the phone prior to them coming out. They took no money up front for replacing the panes of glass in three, large, double pane windows with tint and repairing the glide mechanism in three other windows. This was a Wednesday, and they said if the glass came in they would do the work Friday or Monday. Monday morning they got the glass, arrived at 10:00am and did the job in two hours. They cleaned up after themselves, including vacuuming. The windows look great!
