Dawson Supply Inc

We have three large double panel Fleetwood sliding glass doors in our modern home. We attempted to work with Dawson to replace the glass on one of them that shattered due to a manufacturer's defect. Dawson was far from helpful - their estimate was $4K to replace the glass under warranty. I had no issue with their $100 site visit, but I would not recommend them for repairs. Maybe the experience is better with new installation. We try to support local business when we can, but we also have to consider our own budgetary concerns.

I had a hard time finding anyone to do this work. Very knowledgeable when I called them. Workmanship was great.

I initially spoke with Curt and he was patient and very informative etc. I also spoke with Galen and he too was nice and helpful. When I decided to go with Dawson Supply to do the work, I spoke with Bill who scheduled the job, and Bill too was a great person to deal with. Jimmy came out and did the job and he was fantastic. Jimmy did an excellent job and we are very happy and satisfied with his work. So all the guys at Dawson are engaging, informative, helpful, courteous and professional. Great customer service, great work. Definitely would hire them again, and highly recommend the company and service.

They did a great job. It was a complicated job. Our house is vintage 1968 and it has some architectural elements to it that are very unique. The objective was to preserve the looks. They were very sensitive to the house and the architect came when they designed it.

Requested valuation and estimate then gave them the go ahead. Total time from first call to completed work was approximately 15 days due to a three day rain delay.

The people here have been very helpful so far. A person from their company is coming tomorrow to look and see what needs to be fixed around the latch.

I liked the honesty of these workers and their experience and professionalism. They knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly. They were friendly and polite. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do and even gave me a little advice on the gliding of the repaired windows. I couldn't have been more pleased. It seemed expensive, but since these were large windows, the glass replacement was much, much cheaper than if I had to purchase whole new windows. I was very glad I found this company.
