Contour Interior Design

The construction of the garage went fine with a few minor problems but the big issue was the sidewalk and patio that was poured.  I was concerned when they framed it up that it was much lower than the previous sidewalk and patio but they poured the concrete anyway telling me it would be fine.  It was not - every time it rained the patio and sidewalk was under water.  Martin agreed to lay some slate on top of the concrete (I had to pay for half the cost of the slate) to raise it up.  It did help with the water issue but I have had problems with the slate cracking where there are stress joints in the concrete.  They did not leave any extra slate although I asked repeatly that I wanted some.  Now that it is cracking, Martin cannot find the same slate so his solution is to ignore my phone calls and emails.  I have been trying for over 6 months to get in touch with him.  I now have to live with a cracked slate sidewalk with no way to patch it.  I will never use Martin Sosa on another job.  I normally do not write reviews but did not know what else to do.
