Description of Work: We called him out for a proposal on paint and repairs. We were on a tight budget and the paint quote turned out to be higher than I was willing to pay. I asked if he would just do the repair work because I figured I woud try to DIY the paint job. He was polite but declined and said he could not help me at this time. I was really quite disappointed - in this economy do you really turn down work just because it's "not enough." So no problems with professionalism and I'm sure they do good work - I just was caught off guard that someone would decline work!?
