 + -1 moreTECH WAS ACTUALLY WILLING TO MEET US IN ORDER TO DROP THE COMPUTER OFF SO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO TRAVEL ALL THE WAY TO HIS OFFICE. REPAIRS WERE FURNISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND OUR 'NEW' COMPUTER WAS RETURNED, AGAIN AT OUR CONVENIENCE, IN JUST A MATTER OF DAYS.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER WAS INFECTED BY A VIRUS WHICH CAUSED SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE. DUE TO THE AGE OF THE COMPUTER AND THE PROBLEMS THAT WE HAD ENCOUNTERED, TECH REBUILT OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM.
