COMPETITION FLOORING

Was fine overall, but what made the experience a little nerve-wracking was that the workers who came did not speak a word of English.  I was unable to communicate with them at all; so I was very nervous because I could not get the reassurance that these people really knew what they were doing.  In the end, however, the job was perfectly executed; my floor is beautiful.

They have good attention to detail. They do what they say and they are going to do it right. The job went well.

They did an absolutely wonderful job and I highly recommend them. They gave us an honest assessment of what they would have to do and it wasn?t a hard sale. They were knowledgeable about wood for this region and they recommended engineered wood. Their prices were a little bit higher than the other companies that we considered but we thought it was worth it for what we got. I was impressed by the quality of the subflooring and moisture barrier and the way he did it. I would certainly use them again.

The installers came at the agreed upon time and worked efficiently for 3 days. They were very detail oriented in the installation and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Workers did a very good job at installation. Supervisor checked on them regularly. They found a minor foundation crack and repaired it. Minor damage to trim and paint; workers could have been a little more careful. Also, would have liked a little better placement of some of the tiles.
