TV Repair, Electrical Service
TV would not power up and a component video input was bad, no color on input, Technician reset microprocessor and said would order part and schedule additional service. 1 month, 2 months, 3 months still no service. Finally had Best Buy (they sold the service contract) and they persuaded Chapparal to complete the service.

THEY WERE REFERRED BY THE SAMSUNG WEBSITE. NICE ENOUGH PEOPLE, BUT VERY, VERY SLOW. I HAVE FOLLOWED UP 3 TIMES, BUT THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME TO LET ME KNOW THERE WOULD BE DELAYS.
