Description of Work: Purchased coupon on Angie's List for interior/exterior preventive treatment. Office staff was very friendly and helpful when scheduling service. Troy arrived on time, did thorough inspection, sprayed and set bait traps to get rid of those pesky ants. He was very knowledgeable and professional, took time to answer my questions and explain what he would be doing inside the home as well as outside to complete treatment. I'm happy to say the ants had disappeared by the next day. I would highly recommend Certified Termite and Pest Control.

Description of Work: We asked for an early appointment time and they were here on time. We had a problem with fire ants in and around the house, that was almost a month ago now and none to be seen in the house problem is he said he couldn't treat the yard as he wanted because it was raining he did some and it has helped some. We signed them up to come back for treatment.

Description of Work: The tech. did not understand how to handle the pest problem we were having. He did not do the entire job and the when he was spraying the inside of the house he sprayed all up our walls and the outside of our maple cabinets. We then had to spend a great deal of time trying to clean the residue off the cabinets and walls.
