Kirk came in the first time and was very thorough and explain everything on what he did. A week later I called back because I was seeing other bugs and without hesitation someone came back and did another treatment. I was impressed with the service that I decided to sign ongoing treatment with the company.

Technician called and was running early wondered if he could come early. Stated he would be there shortly if it was OK. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Paperwork was emailed instantly.

I think it worked right after but we got so many rain after that and now after 2 month, so many mosquitos came back already.

The actual service went well, but their service is top notch from the office to the field. A great team there. If your current service contract is up for renewal, you should consider giving this company a try, and I'm sure you will be pleased.

I was contacted by the company via phone and email to set up a date/time to have someone come out within 48 hours of purchasing the coupon through Angie's list. I then got a phone call 30 minutes before Troy would arrive. Troy was very polite and friendly. After looking around at the problems I was aware of he quickly got to work and told me what he was going to do. I homeschool our 3 children and having Troy treating our home didn't interfere with the kids doing their school work. He even showed them a beehive he removed earlier that was still left in his truck! Before leaving Troy told me what to look for...a possible increase in ants with all of the bait around. But that if I still had problems in 2 weeks I could call him to come back out. I was so happy with the service and how easy everything went that I signed up for a plan to get our home treated every 3 months!

Interior and exterior inspections were done, access points were identified, bait stations were placed outside, and bait traps were placed inside the house. Additional heavy screening was installed at one exterior access point. Sam, the Certified PC representative, was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He responded to all my requests for assistance, even on the week-end. As importantly, he provided valuable information and much appreciated reassurance about my concerns for health and safety, as well as house damage from rodent behaviors, I highly recommend Certified PC and have contracted with them for regular service.

I bought the one-year pest control package. The gentleman who came to my house arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. When I moved into my new house I noticed some tiny insects crawling on my floor. After the initial treatment, 98% of them were dead so I was glad the treatment worked. However, the mosquitoes and gnats are still around. The gentleman said after two weeks I should see the numbers reduced... not sure if he needs to come back and spray more to repel... He did say they will schedule to come back after one month to do the first quarterly treatment so hopefully he can use something stronger to get rid of them. Over all I am satisfied with the service they provided.

The Tech was very professional and exterminated the lower level of our home. He answered all questions, and was very thorough. I was told that after two weeks no bug activity would exist. It took about 3 weeks, and I haven't seen any bugs since then. We are pleased.

The tech called saying he was on his way which was nice. He did a good job of covering the entire yard and all the places mosquitos hide. The treatment while was effective for a week or so did not last as long as the fog treatment I had from a different provider. Still in all I will have them back for the whole house inspection and spray.
