The Tech was very professional, explained everything to me. Gave me so good suggestions. I wasnt expecting him to spray my entire yard but he did. This was the best $$ Ive ever spent for the value and price.

It turned out fine. They came out. The guy was very nice. He sprayed the home. He did inside and out and it was fine. I think at this point I think I need to call him back because I'm still seeing bugs. That happens half the time you call them but he's real nice. I need the house retreated. My house was being remodelled and my house flooded when I purchased the plan. So they couldn't really come in till after I had the house remodelled and the floor re-put down. It was months before they came but that was because of the issues I had in the house. These people are very passionate and knowledgable about what they do.

Both guys who came out were courteous, professional and knew exactly what to do. I am an animal lover - even if the animal is in my attic. I found their compassion for the animal and their desire to be humane to exceed my expectations. I will definitely hire them again if needed.

This is a great company. They are very responsive when we have service contract issues like fire ants or spiders in our garage. From the front desk to the service techs, we've never had any problems with them.

The mosquito spraying was done efficiently and professionally. Mosquitoes have not recurred. However, immediately after the spraying, tiny ants began invading our house. If this is a common occurrence, the company should do something to prevent it.

Technician was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. I was 15 minutes late getting to the house and he just worked on the exterior while I finished arriving. Will definitely use them again.
