I have been using Bulwark for a year and they have very responsive to my needs for pest control. I am moving into a new house and had Cole Bannister servicing my home for the first time. He was punctual, friendly and courteous while providing service today. He was very efficient and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly.

Gervase Lee arrived on time and communicated before arriving. Once arrived he is very knowledgeable and friendly and spent time spray with various products all inside of my house and special focus given to the areas I pointed out. Even it is raining he still did outside windows and around the house with waterproof chemicals and promised to come back for proper power spray next week for exterior. Very professional and friendly.

Bulwark has been amazing. We've been using them for a year or two, and they are extremely punctual, professional, and well worth the monthly cost. If we ever see bugs between visits, they come right away for additional treatments at no charge, and have made living in Houston doable (because otherwise we could not live around these massive tree roaches).

It went excellent. Mike Costello has been our service tech for almost 2 years here in Creekside. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us. He takes a lot of pride in his service and it shows. I HIGHLY recommend Bulwark, and hopefully Mike will be tech.

Gervase Lee was on time, did the quarterly service, went the extra mile to send me a picture of some fire ants he found and took care of....I asked the company to leave some glue traps at the front door since ones not home, without nag questions I came home to some extra traps on my front door.. been with this company for a while Now and they never disappoint! Always a smiling face!

Gervase Lee was very punctual. I only had a issue with one room but he treated the whole house without me asking him and explained the edfectiveness of the spray and the length of time it would last. Very thorough and even checked the garage and sprayed around the doors again.
