Bulwark Exterminating Houston is a wonderful company to work with. Clifford Bartsch was on time, friendly, efficient professional. They always come out right away and take care of the bugs. I also love the fact that in between service appts (every other month), they come out for free if you have an issue. Highly recommend them.

The technician was Gervase Lee and he is on time, courtesy, communicates very well and very friendly. He texts the day of your appointment to let you know his name and that he will be the one exterminating your property. Then he texts you when he is on his way to your home. Great experience.

Terrible. Lots of lies told, technicians showing up when they felt like it and then not showing up at all but stating they did. Showed up at the home 5 hours before scheduled. Called and complained and was lied to by supervisors that someone named Cole would come back out between 5:30 - 8pm. Also told the technician would call 1 hour before arrival. Neither ever happened. Some technician lied about coming to the house while we were there, never called, never rang a doorbell..nothing. Stated he sprayed around outside the home...never saw him from 5:00 pm -8pm. No show and no calls. Demanded money back for previous payments because whatever was being used did not work, Not 1st time tech has shown up earlier than scheduled. Saw him on camera just sitting in front of home. When I arrived, still sitting. Asked why he did not call....stated he was on phone talking with his wife. Would not recommend this company at all.

Our technician is always friendly, professional, attentive to our servicing needs and responsive if we have pest concerns in between visits.

He talked to us in a nice professional manner and spray down deeply around the house. In addition gave us some traps and helped spray the backyard as well.

He was great An did a fantastic job so I wouldn't get bit by the dam bugs.

Karmethisius, K did a great job of removing spider webs, wasp & dauber nest. He was very thorough in his efforts. He was also very professional & presented himself well. He announced his arrival & told me exactly what he was going to do. When he completed the work he announced his exit & said he was going to send some photos of the completed work. He did exactly as he promised. I was very impressed with this young man.

They regularly come out and treat the house and surround for bugs. Their service is effective and their technicians are always polite and professional. Get vase Lee was the tech today and is a credit to the company.

I have a been using Bulwark for 7 years. The regular services have kept pests under control, and they are always willing to come back out in between services if we have any issues come up. Danielle and Ray came out for our scheduled service today. They were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and helpful. Overall, we have been very pleased with our service from Bulwark.

Bulwark and Mike C. (Technician) do great work. Mike is punctual, professional, and will come back without a problem (no extra charges) if a pest problem persists.

Gervase Lee with Bulwark’s Exterminating showed up on time for our regular appointment. Gervase even texts me 10 to 15 minutes before our appointment to let me know he his on his way. I have been with Bulwark’s for eight years and I love their product. I normally don’t need Gervase to spray inside my house, just the outside. I especially love this as a mom to kids with asthma. I cannot recommend Bulwark’s Exterminating enough.
