Clifford is our technician. He always lets us know when he is going to come. He shows up on time, and emails when he finished telling us exactly what services he did. If I email him with a problem, he always takes care of it.

John Myles was the pest control technician. He did a great job, very professional as well.

Gervase Lee from Bulwark contacted me before arriving and checked any areas of concern I may have. He carried out the normal bi-monthly service and spent extra time on my concerns. He even sent pictures showing the state of the bait traps before reloading them to show they have been working.

James and DJ were very helpful and knowledgeable on the work they performed. They answered all of my questions and concerns. They definitely put my mind a ease. I would definitely recommend them.

Jonathan was very professional, yet very polite and friendly. He explained in detail what he would be doing in and around my home . Jonathan explained how often his company would come out and if I needed them in between they would be happy to come out again at no charge. I have requested for Jonathan to be my exterminator each time. On a scale of 1-10 I rated his service a 10.

Our technician, Karmethesius, let us know when he was coming and updated us after he left. In addition to spraying around the perimeter, he took care of some spider webs and dirt dauber nests.
