The prices were very good. They stand by their work with a 30 day guarantee and you don’t have to be home for them to treat. All WINS for me! Micheal Triggs is the best exterminator I know. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We even added on the mosquito treatment because of the heavy rain we’ve been having. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I would like to say that my tech was the best tech I’ve had his name is Micheal Brandon Triggs, he was on time very professional and friendly he even blessed our ears with a song he was humming (my daughter asked him if he could sing her a song… ) he blew us away with the service he provided was exceptional! His singing is gonna take him somewhere! Back to the service he treated our home like it was his took his time and asked us questions.. Overall I’m very satisfied!

Charles did a great job since the moment he arrived. He took the time to carefully listen to the areas inside the house that I had concerned (seen more insects than usual) and then proceed to sprayed them. He also did the outside of the house since last time the technician couldn’t do it due to inclement weather. Very professional and knowledgeable. Edwin Negron services our home regularly with Bulwark and he’s very thorough, professional, and courteous. He takes pictures of concern areas (ant mounds, wasp nests, etc) and sends me the photos with a description how he treated the area. The company is great with follow-up as well. We use them for routine pest control and mosquito treatments. Very pleased with their services!

Ray Mathews was our tech and he was very professional and addressed our concerns. Received a call 15 mins prior to arrival and a text with a picture of what was addressed in the backyard. Super impressed with today’s service call!

This guy was incredibly particular and done the windows and the smallest areas I have never in all my years seen someone spray and get to. He was meticulous and even got behind all my appliances. I didn't even know they did that. I will specifically ask for Ray Mathews to come out again. He's also a new hire so he obviously took his training seriously and paid attention to all fine details. Took his time and double checked everything twice, even when he didn't think I was watching. Incredible service, remarkable employee.

Ray Matthews was the tech he was very thorough in spraying for the spiders and roaches from a rotting tree in my backyard. He took time to spray around the doors and windows. He also left his number and said he would return in 7 days.

Bulwerk has been a wonderful company to work with over the years. I have used their services for over 5 years now and have never once thought of looking at another company. My technician, Edwin Negron, is always very professional and on top of letting me know about wasp nests and extra spider webbing that he finds and will go out of his way to lay down additional traps the house may need (no extra charge). They text me pictures of potential problem areas that they have either resolved or will come check-up in a couple of weeks to make sure the pests have left. The couple of times I've had ants show out outside of my regularly scheduled visits (brought them home with me in mulch that I bought, unknowingly, of course)...and Bulwerk was able to get a technician out within a couple of days to solve the issue. Great company! You won't regret this choice!

Edwin Negron and Brandon were Knowledgeable & Courteous Technicians. They were very Upbeat and Motivated to do their Job and Represent the Company they Work for!

The first spraying was ok, the guy was here and gone in less than 15 minutes for spraying the entire house, garage, and outside of the yard. A follow up was to be done 2 weeks later and i had to call to find out when they were coming. Then the bug guy showed up to the wrong house and when i called notifying Bulkwark of this, I was told sorry you will have to wait another week, we are too busy to come back that same day (after i called within 10 min of receiving the notification of my exterminator leaving the wrong house). I talked to one SUpervisor who would call me back later that day with a new time for the visit and it took 4 days and me calling all 4 days to get any reply. The follow up finally happened and due to the issues i was given a free full yard spray in which the guy did NOT do. My sister watched him only spray the foundation of the house and when we told him he was to spray the whole yard (the 2nd time we told him), he said oh yea i did.....LYING TO OUR FACE! SO UNHAPPY with this company. It's now been another 2-3 weeks, i still have spiders and bugs. I am so tired of hearing I am sorry, i just wanted them to performthe job i paid for!

On multiple occasions, we needed to remind Bulwark to perform the required quarterly inspection of the bait stations. Otherwise, service was discrete and polite.

Gervase Lee has been our technician for a year or more. He is always very polite and does a thorough service. Always lets us know when he will be here and is always prompt and finishes in a timely manner.

Chad was friendly and courteous. Chad also reminded me of Bulwark’s no cost call back service should I have any problem.

Gervase checked my mattress and boxspring and didn't find anything. He still sprayed the mattress and pillows. He was very nice and helpful. I'm hoping whatever was biting me doesn't return after the treatment
