I saw bugs (yuck) and tried to schedule a treatment online but had issues. The office called a few times to follow up and get a time scheduled. Brandon Miller usually comes to our home to spray and he’s always so kind and thoughtful. He remembers to let me know when I can let the dog out after a treatment, asks how my kiddos are doing and lets me know exactly what he did before leaving. It feels like seeing a friend bi-monthly and not just another technician stopping by.

Riley Hubert did an excellent job! He was very professional and I loved the communication from him.

Ahmad came out promptly at the scheduled time and was very pleasant to chat with, was kind, didn't rush me through it, and patiently listened to the pest issues we've been having regarding wasps and spiders. Jordan Brown came out for our routine service visit today. I informed him of a few ant beds that have come up & he took care of them immediately. Very satisfied with Bulwark and Jordan's attention to detail today.

Ray Norwood has been doing our bimonthly service for a couple years. He’s very personable and punctual. He even texts me when he’s on his way so that I can get my dogs out for one last potty break!

I always appreciate the text/email letting me know when the service tech is coming. When he arrived today to check if we had any concerns I let him know what was going on. I like that they always make sure to check if there’s any spot that needs attention and don’t just start treatment. I got a text after he was done letting me know the treatment was finished and a picture of the gate showing it was closed - we have an escape artist dog so the guys always make sure the gate is properly latched!

Victor was very detailed, and made sure he the customer was satisified. I will make sure to request Victor again.

Celeste arrived at our home at our scheduled appt. time She was very professional and very kind young lady. Celeste explaoned what all she would be doing while she was there. We are very pleased with the service she provided. She answered all my questions. I am defintely going use Bulwark as our pest control.
