Bulwark Exterminating-Houston

Nicholas Egan from Bulwark has been treating our house since we moved in. He is very professional and leaves good notes. He communicates when he is on the way and relays any delays or when he is ahead of schedule (which is more common)

Isaiah arrived early for the appointment, went over the pest control service and was really friendly. Look forward to having Isaiah back out to service our house in a few months.

Roberto Castillo performed our last pest service. He was very nice and polite and listened to what our problem areas were, i.e, spiders. He went above and beyond on his service and was a very nice young man.

This was a routine call. Matt asked if I had any concerns, and explained what he'd do. He was professional and thorough, and quick!

We had our second service with Chance and he was outstanding. He was on time, polite and explained everything. Would recommend Bulwark and Chance hands down.

We just switched from Terminix to Bulwark exterminating and it has been one of the best pest control decisions we have ever made. Right off the bat you can see a difference in service, Charles took the time to go around the entire building and knock down any mud daubers, wasp, or spiders that he saw (this is a facility so it's a pretty big building). He also took the time to explain what chemicals he was using, what pest it was effective against, and what pest he saw as he was going around. I would highly recommend taking a look at Bulwark.

Brandon was scheduled between 1pm-4pm. He called to let us know he would be arriving soon and make sure it was okay. He arrived about 1pm and was very professional, friendly and courteous. He asked if we had any special requests before he did the service. He provided the service to the garage and outside of our home as we asked him to. Overall, Brandon did an excellent job. This is the reason we will continue to use Bulwerk for pest control. Plus, the bugs are all under control as well.

Isaiah with Bulwark was great! He set out traps for any pests able to get inside the garage. Sprayed the garage and took care of my sugar ant problem inside. He was even thoughtful enough to set out bait on the countertops instead of spraying around the edges of my home to keep my pups safe!

Chance with Bulwark was exceptional. He treated the outside of our house thoroughly, was knowledgeable with the questions we asked, and he was patient and very friendly! Thank you for great service, Chance!
