Everytime he comes, he's extremely patient with my questions and with humoring my concerns about spraying extra in certain spots and is always focused on what our needs are and whether or not we've seen even the smallest things! The first time he came to spray around, we saw a half dozen roaches running away from our house as he sprayed the outside; it might sound a little silly, but that felt like victory! He also walked around showing the spots where they like to get in, he answers any of my random questions about bugs, and he even helped me when the showerhead exploded off the tap! I requested him as our permanent guy since that very first spray, and he always does our resprays and scheduled sprays! If I have my way, he'll be our permanent guy for the rest of the time we live in Texas! Thank you, Bulwark, for sending us Kevin!
Description of Work: The house we're renting was full of these massive brown roaches that apparently swarm in from the trees here. As someone from a very dry state that doesn't really see anything worse than gnats or mosquitoes often, moving here where every bug on earth is constantly trying to move in without paying rent was unlivable! My sister, who has been living here for much longer, recommended Bulwark and we decided to give it a shot too.
