Very pleased with the floors. The workers were great. The lead guy made sure to ask my input before just assuming anything. They were very professional and consistently clean up after themselves. They were so accommodating. I could go on and on about how great they were. I had wood flooring already in the hallways and living room that appeared to be good work until I saw what great work looked like. Now I am considering taking a loss and replacing those floors with their quality work as well.

We were very happy with the quality of work done as well as the timeline - only about 3-4 weeks from start to finish. Any "loose ends" were handled very rapidly during the close-out process. Dan was easy to work with in selecting materials and styles, he was flexible with what we wanted for the house and still very efficient in carrying out the job. Finally there was one thing which did go wrong - we were trying to save a marble slab from the old bathroom installation to save costs - it broke during the renovation process. Dan's team took responsibility for this and they found a quality replacement in just a few days, and handled it at their cost. So in the end, we were very happy with Dan's service

They just came right up got down on their hands and knees and cleaned it up.They were very nice and I am happy with the floor. Even though I did not see some parts of the flooring they cleaned that with no cost at all. I would recommend them. If I do some work in the future I would definitely call them.

Mr. Boatman came out June 25, 2013 to give me an estimate on replacing the vinyl flooring in my dinning room and kitchen. I told him I would make my final decision on the flooring itself on July 27th when my son and daughter-in-law were in town. We went to the store on the 27th, I made my final decision and they were able to come install the floor on July 30th. The men were here on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up after themselves and did a pefect job. I love the new flooring and would absolutely use Boatman's again.

I visited this store 2 days ago, having no idea they are on Angie's List. I was looking for laminate moulding to match a floor I purchased from Home Depot. They did not have the moulding but I talked to the salesperson about purchasing carpet for one of my bedrooms. The prices are great. The establishment is very will kept and the salesperson was really accommodating. They have a room in the back of the store full of carpet remnants of various sizes and grades. I will definitely use them when I am ready to purchase the carpet.

Boatman's Carpet One did a great job! They installed Shaw Laminate floor throughout the lower level of my home, approximately 1100 Sq. Ft. Their price was great and service was better. We were scheduled for a two day install late in the week and had to be done because we had a party on the weekend. When I found out I had to leave town unexpectedly, Ken made sure they got the schedule changed and had my floor installed a couple of days early so we could have all the work done before the weekend and I didn't have to stress out on my trip. The service was great. The installers were very professional, courteous, and took very good care of our possessions as they moved them around. Do not hesitate to call the Boatman's
