flooring contractor, hardwood floor
+ 0 moreThey are extremely punctual and they work hard all day, sometimes later than we would like but they really busted their butts! Great craftmanship, design help, you name it, they can do it!!!! Not the cheapest, but they are definitely worth it. One more thing, very trustworthy! I would give him a key to the house and go to work....Never once did we have a problem in all the years they were here.
Description of Work: Better Floors have installed all tile and wood floors in our home beginning in 2004. We started with a couple of rooms at a time because of the cost. They had to tear out all the old tile, carpeting, and terrazzo flooring throughout our entire home. Entry hall, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, laundry room, 1/2 bath, patio room were the first 3 jobs we had them do. Great service, very detailed, punctual, etc. A couple of years ago, we had them come back to tile both bathrooms and showers and man, what an amazing job they did!!!! Shannon had to think out of the box for our shower as it was a complete redesign! He even tiled the ceiling in our master bath!!! Amazing job! Then a couple of months later, we had them come back to put in hardwood floors in our master bedroom and our guest bedroom and they did yet another phenomenal job!!!! I have several things I still want them back for but, money is tight so it will have to wait.
