 + -1 moreI have been using them for about 25 years and they are solid as gold. The guy is absolutely top-notch. There were a number of times when he could have taken me for a ride and he didn't. I know that the guy is a true guy. I don't let anybody but this guy work on my vehicles. He will fix it right the first time, and if anything isn't right and you take it back, he will make it right. I have never, ever had a problem with this guy in 25 years. A lot of times, rebuilt engines are very scary and you put a lot of money in it, but I have not had any problems with the pick-up since he put in the rebuilt engine. It is not the cheapest place in town because he only uses factory-authorized parts and doesn't use second hand parts. Most of my vehicles are GM and he only puts in GM parts. I can always tell him what is wrong and he will always ask me for clarifications and usually tell me what exactly is wrong with the vehicle. He is very busy, so I can't always get the vehicle in and out when I want to, but if he says that he can do it on a certain date, he will do it that day.
Description of Work: I use ARC Auto Repair Center for auto service. He put a new belt on my Suburban the last time I was there. I had him put in a rebuilt engine in my pick-up about two years ago.
