Sent details, problem, tv model #, via his website.  He called next morning, telling me he had the part and could be out by mid morning.  He arrived on time; adjusted part he had to fit.  Cost was per his original estimate.  I will definitely use again and highly recommend his service.

Our TV broke down over the weekend. I went on the company's website, gave a short description and received an answer the same day with possible solutions. Mike came to the house, knew exactly what to do, was very friendly and a joy to deal with! He didn't stop until everything was perfectly in order. No more troubles for us finding a good TV repair shop, he is the man!

The service was fair. It was okay. He solved my immediate problem, but I was not like blown away by him. It was a hundred bucks for him to come to the house; it was not cheap. It solved the problem at the moment, but I ended up having, this past weekend, to replace the sound bar all together. He was not terrible and he solved my problem, but he just seemed busy. I did not get that warm and fuzzy feeling. The price was medium. It was not super expensive. It was a hundred bucks and it was not like a major repair. It was just putting a new wire. I do not know if I am going to use him again in the future. I probably would use them again, but if somebody had somebody else they would recommend, I would definitely try them.

My T.V is still working great, I really appreciate them saving me some money on my TV repair.

Originally, I was concerned about sending a stranger (especially a man) to my (85 year old) moms home when I couldn't be there. After contacting multiple repair places & doing some research, I chose Mike (the owner of ARBAT TV) based on his Angie's list reviews & his professionalism & prompt responses I had in communicating with him. I have been meaning to put a review here since his first visit to her home.  On his first visit, he took down the large flat screen and my mom was shocked at how quickly he took apart what he needed to in order to diagnose and fix the problem.  She said it was very involved, yet he diagnosed the problem quickly, and  put the TV back together and hung it back up quickly.  He has now helped my mom on multiple occasions with different issues & my mom LOVES him. He has been incredibly prompt, professional, thorough, truly appreciates the business & just very kind to my mother.  My mom has his number now, and she has since used him 3 different occasions for different things.  My mom is electronically challenged (ahem - that's putting it mildly), and Mike has been kind in helping her understand how to use her controllers, etc...  He has gone above an beyond in what we asked & expected him to do.  He is extremely prompt and reliable and professional.  I would not hesitate to call him to get the job done correctly and promptly!.

I bought a replacement lamp for our projector TV. The store said it was very simple to install, so I gave it a try. I tried, but the bulb still did not work. I called Mike and he was able to come the same day. MIke was friendly and after examining the TV, found a couple of problems. Glass from the old bulb was on the track and the housing for the replacement was not an exact match. I thought I was going to have to start all over with the part. Instead, Mike took the housing from the old lamp and switched it with the new one I had ordered. Just like that, my TV was working. This is an old TV. The last time I had the lamp replaced, the authorized dealer charged a lot more and used a lesser quality brand. We definitely will use Mike again.

First day he assessed problem,. Ordered part and returned to fix TV. I found Mike to be very professional and fair with his pricing, The TV is a 73and quot;Mitsubishi, 5 years old. I conferred with Mitsubishi Service Centerand they gaveme 2 repair shops, neither was Arbat. One was out of service and one couldnot help because we were too far out of town. I thencalled Arbat, who came outright away. Arbat was further away from us than the Mitsubishi-recommended company. Mike of Arbat did a great job.

We phoned Michael right after he opened this morning. Explained our problem with the TV, and he agreed to come out and run diagnostics on the TV. He asked when we were available, we agreed on the time. He was very professional, and explained the cost for the diagnostics. He arrived promptly, he was pleasant and professional. Since I had questions, he shared what he was doing and the results as he ran the various function testing. When I requested information, his answers reflected knowledge based on experience with the technology. While the results were not what I had hoped (we need to replace the tv) I was confident with Michael's conclusion.

I called this afternoon and explained what was wrong with the television. He told me what the cost would be, and that he could be there later in the afternoon. I was extremely pleased at how prompt a response I got, and very pleased when he showed up and completed the work in a timely fashion.
