ARBAT TV Repair

Description of Work: They replace a bulb in a rear projection TV. He was knowledgeable and experienced with the type of TV that I own. He also came to my home on a Saturday!

Description of Work: They did a good job servicing my 65" Samsung LED TV. The infrared sensor on the TV was faulty so you could not control the unit using the remote control. We removed the TV from the wall brackets, placed it on a flat safe surface and he fixed it on the spot by replacing the faulty sensor. It was quick,easy and affordable.

Description of Work: We could no longer get sound on our TC, either alone or through the receiver. We were considering buying a new TV since this one is about 12 years old but a friend suggested we get a repair evaluation first. Mr. Arbat took all of 5 minutes to fix the problem which involved unplugging everything and then replugging it. The sound came on immediately. So for the $80 basic charge for the visit to our home, we also got the problem fixed. Mr. Arbat is at the top of our list to call for future problems.

Description of Work: Picked up our tv to repair. Could not find correct part after many searches. They did give us a loaner tv. It really wasn't their fault that the part was unavailable. We ended up buying a whole new TV. Yes, I would use them again, if needed

Description of Work: Mike fixed my tv for over $200 less than the "Panasonic authorized repair person" and was clearly more knowledgeable than that repair service. I will certainly call upon him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: I called the company after tv quit working. The person I talked to on the phone asked me several questions and I informed him that I had replaced the light once. He told me when he would be at the house and he was on time and very professional. He actually called me when he was about 10 minutes away so I would know who was at my front door. Once at the house he went right to work. He explained everything he was doing fixed the problem (light again). He told me that the vents had been clogged by dust and no air was getting in to keep light cool. He informed me that if I were to clean the vents at least once every six months the light will last much longer. He provided excellent service and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. I definetly would use this co. again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I called Arabat concerning a problem with my 52" projection TV. The repairman arrived the same day I called. I asked if the TV, which is now old technology, was worth fixing. He stated that, if the picture was good ,it was still worth repairing and a lot cheaper than buying a new one. He performed the repair in about an hour and the Television is working great.

Description of Work: The tech turned on the TV and new exactly what the problem. After resetting our TV we had him look at several of our other TV' s and was given advise as what we could do with them to get a better picture. Would call him back when we need repairs.

Description of Work: This guy was great. He had spare parts in his car, and he kept trying things until he found what worked. It wasn't cheap, but that's the way big TV;s are. I think his price was very reasonable and I appreciated him persisting until he solved the problem. The easy answer was "Get a new TV, lady." But instead he worked on it and found a solution.
