Everything went well, very satisfied.

Installation took only an hour. I only had to wait 15 minutes from my appointment time but well worth it. They did an excellent job and I will use them in the future if needed.

The installer arrived promptly as scheduled after calling first to advise that they were on the way. He was originally called for two windows and while there I had him look at a third and a cracked shower door.
All three outside windows were fixed immediately and the shower door was taken to the shop to have the heavier glass replaced.
The installer was on time, prepared and very professional. I called them because they were on angies list.
The receptionist was very helpful when I called and set up my appointment immediately.

They did a good job. My wife was there and she was very happy. They were on time, fixed it and got out of there. We didn't compare their prices.

I called Apple Glass after my windshield's small puncture suddenly turned into a giant crack across the entire windshield! They were very friendly and had appointments available the same day. I scheduled them to come out to my home, and they arrived within the time frame they were supposed to, were very friendly, and the technician did a quick and clean job. The price was also reasonable, and much less than some other companies I contacted! Overall, I have no complaints. I would call them again if I need to replace my windshield again.

Called 30 minutes prior to showing up. Showed up at the specified tiome. Took about 45 minutes to complete.

My front door window was shattered by a rock. Apple had the best price (though I don't remember what it was). The window was still patent, so they came the next day and replaced it. They were prompt and professional, and left things clean and neat.

The workman was very nice but arrived very late. Our time was in a 10-2 window and he arrived after 4 pm. He did explain that they were very short handed. He completed the job as requested but left the car very dirty. Some of the upholstery was left with dirt spots on it and we are unable to clean it completely since some of it is a light fabric. Also the window itself was left uncleaned. The window however is fine, with no rain or air leaks. Also their price was very good. The office staff was very courteous and knowledgable.

I had a broken window in a very old house. They gave me an estimate over the phone of $190, when they arrived and actually cut and measured, our cost was actually $178. That was a pleasant surprise. They said they would come between 9 and 12, and they were here right at 9. They were quick and efficient. I would use them again.

I called Apple on the Wednesday before Christmas (on Sunday) for an estimate on replacing my windshield at home. They gave me an estimate that was only slightly higher than the estimates received from other businesses which were for service at their shop. They were also able to fit me in on Friday afternoon. They gave me a window of 1 - 5 PM. They called me before coming (as I requested) and showed up at 4 PM. The work took approximately one hour. The installer was very professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with their work. The only mark against them was that the installer requested I leave the windows open overnight which seemed unusual to me. It wasn't a problem, but I can only fit one vehicle in my garage and had to swap them out so it could be left in the garage.

This is the same company that my local Toyota dealership uses for glass repair. Called and got a quote that was less than the three other companies I had contacted. Made an appointment and paid in advance over the phone. The installer showed up right on time and did an outstanding job including transferring all the stickers and toll road pass from the old windshield to the new one. Left not so much as a fingerprint behind. The entire proceedure took about 40 minutes.

I contacted 3 providers for estimates. Apple was the least expensive by $50 and the most responsive. Jennifer put me on hold while she checked with her sources for the best price for the replacement glass. The technician who came out to install was professional and did a great job -- no whistling or leaks so far! I recommend them highly.
