 + -1 moreMR. ALVAREZ IS UNFAILINGLY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL IN BOTH MANNER AND APPEARANCE. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND DOES HIS WORK WITH DISPATCH. HE IS ALWAYS MINDFUL OF THE DOG MEMBER OF THE FAMILY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO FRIENDS MANY TIMES; HE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A CLOSE FRIEND AS WELL.
