ALAMO KEY & LOCK

They overcharged me and the key still doesn't work :) they have awful customer service and the owner "Ron" acts like he cares in his replies and tells you to call to get this issue resolved but when you call they just dismiss you or act dumb

They came out in half hour, did the work very quickly and charged a very fair price for it. Would definitely use again.

I was having problems with one of the locks opening at my house. I called Alamo Key and Lock to come to my home and fix the lock issue. Ron, the owner, came right on time, as expected. My locks are not standard so he was unable to fix the problem immediately; he needed to order a special part. We agreed that he would order the part and be back at my home at a specified time two days later. Without even having to call and remind him of the appointment, Ron called me that morning to confirm. Again, he showed up on time, as expected. He was able to solve the lock issue with the new part. At that point, I asked him to re-key all the locks in my home for security purposes. He worked very quickly and changed the locks; they work perfectly. Alamo's prices are very good. Service calls are only $20 and the for all the work that he did (including the new lock part), the total cost was exceptional.

Lost the key to my safe in transit and asked them to open it. They tried to pick the lock and succedded but could not open it. They gave up. Turns out they did not correctly work the combination. Pretty poor knowledge of safes.
