Ajax Exterminating

"Green" pest control. At the time, we really didn't have any major insect issues to speak of. However, we did begin noticing bugs (including very large roaches) in various parts of the house just under 2 months later. We called the same service provider up and he came out within a couple of days and did a more thorough (not "Green" this time). Saw one more roach after about a week but nothing since then. The service provider is prompt, but I would suggest being very specific about the plan that you want and to also skip the "green" option. It does seem that he was more thorough the second time he was here after I complained of finding insects inside the house. C for "quality" given that the first application of the environmentally friendly stuff was not only ineffective, but seems to have been applied hastily.

I used Ajax a year ago and he was so responsive to the needs of our company, he explained what his course of action would be for our exterminating service and performed them immediately, he did such a good job he has been our monthly exterminator for the past year.

We purchased a quarterly service through Angie's List based on the great ratings given by previous users of Ajax. We are very happy with our initial service. A thorough and professional service. Happy to have them as our exterminators!

The gentleman that came over was very nice. He promised to come back and check on the traps, but he never did. The powder was not effective: there was an explosion in ant population a few days after he left. He said he would provide an estimate for recurring services, but he did not get back to me.

Very punctual & thorough. Did an excellent job. Checked for termites, too. Put out baits under deck. showed me things to do to prevent potential problems. suggested 3 month followup. I will use Robert again. Was very personable & helpful.

Robert thoroughly examined the garage and the attic (under roof area) looking for signs of rodent activity. He took his time and looked carefully into all the corners inside and out with my husband accompanying him. Robert described what he was seeing & answered questions. He was very upfront about his inability to say if the infestation was current or had happened years ago (and been solved by previous owners.) He offered options of traps, different types of bait and answered more of our questions. He helped us find a solution that worked for us. He even told us where we could go to buy our own traps and which ones to buy. We would work with Robert again anytime and recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Robert was very prompt both in arranging the service prior to his visit and on the day of. The morning he was supposed to come, we had a lot of rain in the area, but Robert called to see what it was like at the house to make sure it was dry enough for him to provide a treatment. He answered all questions and communications promptly.

As the previous report shows, Robert is very professional and cares a lot about the work he is performing. He went the extra mile to help me out solve my issue and also avoid distress and death for the young birds, a matter which I cared a lot about. I will definitely use him again and recommend him very highly.

I just kind of wanted an evaluation from him and you know I just decided not to go with his services just because I wanted to handle it differently. I had a mouse problem. He had some different ideas for me. I only wanted to put poison in my attic. He wanted to put some bait stations outside and I did not want to do that. Nothing bad about him. I kind of got his evaluation which is basically what I wanted for the deal. I had two yappy dogs and he seemed irritated by them most. He was okay. I think he was just fine. It is just for the money I just basically wanted an evaluation. I did not ask him to do anything. He wanted to go up and look around. He wanted to place bait stations in the attic at entry point where we saw they were getting in at and that would have required him to come back and change them which would have incurred extra fees on me. We were going to have construction done on the house so I just want to hold off. I just did not want any need for anybody to keep coming out or anything like that. Even though I probably would not have gone with any further services and if no fault is his I would have preferred somebody a little more comfortable with dogs and animals that was going to be around my home. He just seemed a little edgy to me but very nice and all that. He was just fine. He did everything I asked. I just wanted to see the entry ways were. I think the deal was good. I think it was a good deal. You can get anybody to come to your house for around $100. The recurring visits would have cost about 80 bucks a prop but that I thinks that's probably normal. He seemed to know his stuff. He was polite and he was punctual. He always called.

Robert is very professional, always on time and calls to remind me that it is time for my spraying. i would recommend him.

Provider arrived early as it was raining and he has some cancellations. I was primarily concerned with Houston tree roaches, so it did not bother me. He sprayed all around the outside, and came in and sprayed the inside. Did agood job

My original service included a free pest control offering, but at the time offered I had just had the service from a different company. Ajax agree to provide the service during my follow up visit.

Thought I was going to get 2nd floor of the house as well but they don't do that.

I could have done what he did myself. Was looking for help on preventing entry areas also.
