Description of Work: Called for wildlife removal service as we felt there was some sort of animal living under our house, below a bathtub. Robert came out, placed 2 traps outside of suspected area and did a partial spray for insects. 2 days later there was a possum in one of the traps. Robert came the same day, picked up the trap with the animal and set it free in a more suitable environment for possums. He let the 2nd trap remain in place for several days but it didn't attract anything. Robert was very professional, timely and much less expensive than other trappers. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an exterminator in Clear Lake, TX.

Description of Work: I bought the $85 Environmentally Friendly Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment on Angie's List. The name is misleading. The inside of the house was not "treated". The exterminator just set insect traps inside the house. I don't feel like the deal was worth the money. I could have gone to the store, bought my own insect traps, and place them myself. A professional exterminator is not needed for that. On top of that, my house still has ants. The "treatment" didn't seem to help at all. | |The exterminator was very nice and friendly. Description of Work: The owner of Ajax came end of June to spray chemicals to get rid of fire ants. He was paid via Angie's big deal purchase. He said there is a 30day guarantee if the ants come back. Since the ants came back he was called for retreating and so stopped by July 20. He said there were no ants that he could see but still sprayed a little chemical. |Now about three weeks later we can see the ants in large numbers and will be calling a bigger pest control corporation. Disappointed at the experience of an Angie's A rated vendor.

Description of Work: follow up visit due to previous Angies List Contract. Arrived on time (exactly), very knowledgeable and informative... offered tips and hints for future pest control tactics to make the future much nicer... Great individual, would highly recommend

Description of Work: I left a message for service and was promptly called back. He was very helpful in determining what level of service I needed without pushing unnecessary treatments. On the day of the appointment, he called while in transit to left me know he was on his way (I love call aheads, so much easier to know when they will be at the house) and explained clearly the procedure. He was very professional and walked me through maintenance and care of the treatment I received. He again, did not sell me additional services... and therefore I asked for him to come back regularly to do yard treatments.
