We have not noticed any scratching sounds in the house now for several days and expect a follow-up visit shortly. More than half the cost was for the purchase of several special traps that were put in several strategic parts of our yard. These were to reduce the general population of rats which live in the wild around our home. The traps are designed to prevent any harm to domestic pets. We are quite satisfied with the results.

Robert was very responsive, thorough, and professional. The squirrel is gone and our attic is enclosed. He treated our acre of for fire ants, checked the crawl space and did a pest treatment. i would definitely use him again.

Robert came out within 2 days of my call. He did the most thorough job of any exterminator I have ever used. He used extra product where needed and covered all the areas of the house and garage. He assured me that he would return if I continued to have a problem with bugs (roaches.) After two weeks, there was one area in the kitchen that I continued to see small roaches. When called he agreed to come out the next week and use a different bait. I am most happy with his service.

After I described the situation, he provided an estimate over the phone that did not change. On Monday, he arrived on time and went straight to work. He completed the work quickly and explained what I needed to do after the straggler bees died or dispersed. He was available, prompt, professional, accurate, effective, and efficient. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I got my neighbors to use them and they are still using them also. They are wonderful. I think his name is Robert and he is wonderful. The price is reasonable. He kept coming out until the job was right and did not charge me extra. He was just wonderful.

Robert was very through in his work to rid our home of fire ants. The ants were running wild throughout our entire bottom story. Our home is on piers, and the extermination required treatment under the home to the extent possible (much was covered with water). The entire yard was treated, and diagnosis of potential points of entry for the ants was made. Treatment was applied to specific places inside the home, including into cracks of our hardwood floors. The work was guaranteed to the point that we were offered a full refund if the ants were not exterminated. The pest control company who we had used for 10 years was unable to solve our problem. We have hired a new pest control company; Ajax Exterminating!
