Ajax Exterminating

The technician arrived on time and checked out all the places around the house that were possible entry points for a rodent. He recommended areas to seal and set traps in the attic. He also sprayed the house for insects. I normally don't like to spray the inside of the house, so he sprayed all around the outside. A baby rat was caught in one of the traps a few days later. I had the homebuilder seal up some of the entry points, but I also ended up contacting another wildlife company to seal off the remaining entry points because this isn't something Ajax does, but I would consider hiring them again for exterminating. Overall I was pleased with the work they did.

It went well. Arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. 2nd visit scheduled in advance; provider arrived on-time and was pleasant to work with.

The trap caught the roof rat and Robert took the trapped rat out of the house professionally. He also pointed out the possible entry points from the roof to be sealed.

He was good and he did what he said he would do. He sprayed for ants and stuff too, but they kind of came back. However, it rained so much, so I’m not sure if the rain had washed away some of the stuff on the outside.

Found no rodents, but found areas where they could get into the house. Robert explained what he found and answered all my questions. Robert was courteous and professional.

Everything went ok. We decided not to have the work done and get a refund.

It went fantastic! He had to come back a few times but he was more than happy to come back out. He was so pleasant and I really feel I could trust him.

Ajax was on time, very professional and completed the service promptly. I have a new home and wanted to prevent any future pest problems. Ajax was great.Will use them again.

Great overall. Professionals showed up a day early for work. We've rescheduled to Monday 12/01/14, but I no longer need the service.

None of the traps caught anything. A month later, I found fresh rat droppings in the house again

The traps remain empty. Not really a solution, though it is not the fault of the provider.

Good service. Prompt accurate. Provided a few tips and told me what I should do to reduce the problem even with spraying.

Checked attic for signs of rodent activity. Although, he did not find any traces of rodent activity such as as droppings, urine smell, chewed up paper, etc, he still placed traps in various areas. Asked that we check these traps periodically. He also offered to come back to check these traps. Gave us a "map" of trap locations. Thinks there might be squirrels coming into attic and leaving. Showed me areas of possible entries (for rodents/squirrels, etc) around roof the house and recommended they be closed up. Exterminated outside of house for insects and other pests. Was very professional and knowledgeable.

He sprayed around the house. He noticed there was some crazy ants and he sprayed for those. Also, he sprayed for the flies that were in the kitchen. He said that I would need to leave the house for a few hours because of the smell of the insect spray. He told me to open the windows when I came back home. Robert is a very likeable, honest and professional person. I have used Ajax Exterminating in the past and I highly recommend Ajax Exterminating. I gave Ajax Exterminating $75.00 instead of the $65.00 he wanted to charge me. It was well worth it! I know if I had called another well-known termite exterminating company, I would have been charged more, probably $600 to 1,000 for their termite services.

The provider came out with just a couple hours' notice on Labor Day weekend to help us with a situation. He was kind, informative, helpful, and efficient...and he did a great job. We're grateful that he gave up his holiday weekend to help us. Highly recommend this company.

Went extremely well. Loved his attention to detail. Made sure the attic was sealed up good. Left a couple more traps in the shed. I'm sad that I can't feed the birds right now, but it is important that these rats leave.

It was a relief for me to learn that rodents are not in the house. Steps and sounds overhead are probably squirrels on the roof. He recommended that I get the trees trimmed to minimize their opportunities to jump on my roof.

It turned out pretty well and we had no complaints with them. They got the job done in under 30 minutes. The scheduling was very easy.

Rat extermination- Robert identified entry points into my attic, (where I had seen them), and set several traps. He then sealed off all of the entry points around the entire house. Within one week we trapped several in the attic, (which is now very quiet with no more evidence of activity). Robert was very knowledgeable and offered several options for controling them in the yard. I chose bait traps that are disquised to look like large rocks and blend in great with my landscaping. It's amazing how much of a difference it's made in just one week! General pest control and ant treatment-I was happy that Robert took his time and thouroughly treated every part of the house and yard, (the ants are already gone). Based on those results, the price, the excellent responsiveness and professionalism, I've hired Robert to treat my house and yard every three months. I know I'm not the easiest customer in the world, but I feel very confident in choosing AJAX and Robert, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of these services.

This was my second round with Ajax, and I'm very pleased. Robert is prompt, thorough and courteous. I like getting the reminder call at my 3 month mark. He did the entire outside of my duplex and my interior for a reasonable price. Haven't seen a cockroach in two days so I'm very happy! I also am firing the other provider for my father's house and using Ajax instead. Dad was saying his guys had skipped a service and that he was getting bugs again. I was paying way too much per month for that to happen. I'll be using and recommending Ajax for a long time.

Robert brought down a sample of animal feces. He said it might be a raccoon or a possum that had been up there. He checked for any openings in the attic that may have allowed them in the attic. He said that he used to have animal traps to capture the animals but no longer doing it because customers were not following his instructions of not touching the animal cages or the animals that were trapped. He recommended Baywood Exterminating because they handle animal trappings. Also, Robert noticed that I had ants on the front porch. He sprayed insecticide on the porch and all outside the house. He recommended he could do the whole house inside and outside, the front and back yards for $370.00 to keep these "crazy ants" as he calls them from coming into the house. Eventually, he said after a period of time, they would come back. I believe that is a good price and I may take him up on that offer. Robert showed me outside the house where these animals may have been getting into the attic . I have a friend who is a carpenter that will be coming over to seal up these openings once these animals have been trapped. I highly recommend Robert. He is good, honest, personable, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and very professional. When he came to present me the invoice, it was marked "Zero Balance". I told him that I needed to pay him for his time and efforts. He would not let me pay him. All he wanted me to do was to give him a good recommendation on Angieslist which I told him to would.
