The previous owner of my house used their service and left me their business card. They also work several lawns on my street. I had them come over to give me some estimates on work. The man who was in charge of the operation required some reminders to return calls to me with the estimates for the work I wanted done. They ground down the stumps and told me if I had any problems they would come back out, which is good since when I started digging to plant a new tree I hit stump material they had not removed. They did come back out, but it was two weeks later, so that impacted my own schedule for getting things accomplished. He measured area for some concrete and walkway installation, but never called back with cost, and I don't particularly care.
