Description of Work: We anticipated needing a drain clean out and called about their coupon special for such. When they got there it was not necessary. They did a different service to unclog the tub, but still only charged us the coupon for the other service. Saved us money.

Description of Work: They unclogged a bathroom sink. The plumber unclogged the sink in approx. 10 mins.

Description of Work: They fixed the facet for the kitchen sink and tightened up the areas under the sink so the water did not leak, have used them in the past and pleased with their service will be glad to use them again | They gave me a appointment next day showed up on time appreciated that fast service

Description of Work: Completely replaced air conditioning and heater.they were great on the installation and the units are top notch. But it took me weeks for them to do the general follow up. I had them do the winter check up last year. I had paid for a spring check up but was not aware I had. They called me this spring one week after the expiration date and and would not not honor it.and they give a 6 hour window for service. I have gone back to my previous service company.

Description of Work: I called for service on a hot water heater. What I got was a saleman. I ask him since I had two heaters and only one leaking if he could direct hot water from the other so I could have hotwater. Not possible he said. Lie. Also said if one heater was bad the other one probably was or soon would be. Lie again. There price was high more than anyone. The plumber I used came out and got hot water to the rest of house said he saw no need to replace other heater it was not leaking, no visible rust etc. it good shape. Suggested I probably got one bad one and a check with rest of the neighbors told me I was the first one with trouble in a 6 yr. old neighborhood.

Description of Work: I had a leak in the plumbing from the attic that flowed into the upstairs bedroom. The only problem with the service was running all the water in the house. The house has older plumbing and when you turn the water off it can clog the faucets with mineral debris which happened in the upstairs bathroom. That cost me another service call and $300.00 plus to repair. None off this water problems is covered by insurance so I joined their club just in case. Thank you. M Black

Description of Work: I had previously enrolled in their club, so the service this time was free. Their fee schedule is a little on the pricey side, but their professionalism and quality of service is worth it. My only other real "complaint" is that wait times on the phone can be longer than ideal.

Description of Work: Performed service on tank less hot water heater, previously installed by Abacus. Their service technician was professional, courteous and punctual. He explained everything to our satisfaction before performing the service. I only give them a "B" on price, instead of an "A", because they are priced higher than most plumbers. Having said that, I believe you get what you pay for, which in this case is quality service, so I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Description of Work: I have used them on several occasions. The most impressive work was when they suggested a whole house filter. The filter works great. We had one small problem with a leak and they fixed it immediately at no charge to me.

Description of Work: I had a clogged pea trap under the kitchen sink. The technician charged approximately $400 to remove the trap and reinstall. Plus I had to buy their product which cost approx. $75. When Abacus called to check on the service I found out that I did NOT have to buy the product and they reimbursed me. When I told them that I thought the price was extreme they reduced the price. However, it took them several months to do so.
