The plumber reviewed, with me, all water related areas inspected (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms times 3 and outside faucets). I was provided with a written review as well as pricing for recommended work. I signed up to continue my annual plumbing inspections

Our regular plumbing service was unavailable so we called ABACUS based on their Angie's List ratings. We found their high ratings to be totally aligned with the work they did for us -- not only fixed our immediate problem but addressed issues farther downstream. They provided very professional and friendly service at a good price.

Description of Work: I had a gas leak. They replaced all the gas lines from the tank into my house. The contractors showed up at my house at 7am and started digging up the old gas line without telling anyone. They cut my satellite cable and I had to call directv out to fix it. They finished the job in 1 day which was great because a cold front came in today.

Description of Work: Charged me to quote installing a toilet and sink. I purchased the toilet and sink and they wanted $2800 to perform the install. I did myself and it took me 3 hours and $200 of parts.

Description of Work: They showed up when they said they would and installed 2 attic water heaters. The work was very professional. They pulled the required permit and even had to send out a roofing guy to take care of an issue the inspector saw with the vent at no charge. The issue the inspector saw with the vent was really pretty silly - there was nothing wrong with the installation, but if you've every worked with inspectors they can be... difficult. Abacus did what they had to do and handled it all.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet and ring seat. They were able to order the toilet while here on service call and receive and install the same day. Very professional, but very expensive.

Description of Work: They repaired a stopped up drain line in an upstairs sink and revised the piping on the A/C line from the attic to this drain to allow for easier cleanout in the future. They unstopped the drain and chemically treated the line to remove algae.
