Description of Work: Don't waste your time! Called to have the faucet supply lines replaced in my house as I put new faucets in and the old ones were leaky. I clearly told them what I needed but they refused to give prices over the phone. So I took a day off work and waited for the plumber to get here. They wanted $1268 to replace the supply lines for 4 sinks. They are twist on iron pipe lines would of taken less than 2 hours to do. What a complete waste of time. Most plumbing calls are emergencies and these people are taking advantage of that with sky high prices.

Description of Work: Charged too much to clear a clogged AC drain line (I am on contract with them on their "BAM" aka biannual maintainance.) They tried over and over and over (and over) to ask me why I wanted to stick with these old AC units. Felt like used car sales.
