They were great. Extremely professional.

This company is only interested in making money. The work I asked them to do is incomplete and I asked them to come back to troubleshoot it but they were only focused on the power in the wires. The switch which fed this wire and had light fixture before was not checked. I am not an electrician but I know that the light fixture worked before and after A1 Electric rerouted the wires as I requested, the light fixtures do not work. In fact I have to hire another electrician to complete it after I paid A1Electric $200. The attitude of the Technician also was absolutely not acceptable when he came back to troubleshoot their work. Notice that as a courtesy and part of my beliefs i fed the Technician while he was working in my house. Talk about appreciation. Finally the Technician handed me his business card and said next time deal with us directly, it will save you a bunch . I continued to call to try to explain and A1 Electric categorically refused and indicated that to come back to the house will cost me $145 regardless of the problem. So my light is not working and it is probably time now to call a real professional who cares about Customer Service.

Their work may include breaking up concrete to lay conduits and wires underground but they are not licensed concrete guys so they can't replace it for you. Learn to do it yourself or hire concrete contractors to do it.

Justin with A-1 Plus Electrical was great. He explained everything in terms I could understand and gave me several options to repair my problem. He was also very flexible with working with my schedule to get the job done. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use A-1 Plus again and highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations.

They failed to show, and we wasted a day waiting around for them. They offered a $50 discount because of their failure. Next appointment scheduled between 8-10 am. At 11 pm the night before get a text saying now 10-12 am with no reason. Call in the morning, and they say they had other work to do. They say they will be there in 40 minutes. 2 hours go by and then they arrive. The manager never told the employees to bring the long ladder causing delay. Once guys got here they did the work. However, one guy was standing on top of a 23 feet ladder with no protection, did not shut off breaker, and pricked his finger on a wire, but luckily did not fall. The installers were nice, helpful and did the best they could. Overall would never use this company again.

A young man by the name of Carlos from A-1 Plus installed two outside light fixtures. He was very efficient, but more importantly, SO sweet (but professional), and very knowledgeable. I appreciate A-1 Plus and Carlos.
