A1 Plus Electrical Houston

I called A1 on short notice Saturday afternoon. The guys showed up and did a fantastic job right away. They were friendly, polite and very clean. They even left to find supplies needed to finish the job that I had forgotten to purchase. I will certainly call them again the next time Iâ m in need of electrical work and highly recommended them to anybody needing the same. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!

I almost don't want to share A-1 Plus Electrical with the rest of the Houston Metro area. They're that great. I used to build houses , so I KNOW a great service provider. A-1 Plus Electrical rocks. I called on a Friday. Enrique y Jose arrived on time the following Monday. They installed 3 fixtures and replaced 2 switches.In about 2 - 2.5 hours. A-1 Plus has VERY competitive , budget friendly pricing. The service is EXCELLENT. The installers are VERY professional and great to work with. I recommend A-1 Plus for your electrical needs. They're VERY punctual, knowledgeable, easy going and did a fantastic job. If all other service providers did as well as A-1 Plus does, we customers would be spoiled.. They were prompt and thorough but most importantly patient in explaining my issues and asked what I wanted and how I wanted things completed as well as the function of certain lines and electrical boxes in the house. They helped me with what I asked for and went beyond that to provide a full inspection ahead of sale and make recommendations to head off future issues. I can t say enough good things about them.

I had an old ceiling fan on my patio. I bought a new one. They came out to hang it for me. We had a problem in that the electrical box above the fan was rusted out. They called me and I OKed a very small increase for the extra parts and work. I am going to get them to do another fan soon. Thank you A1 Plus Electrical!!

Although we ended up not needing their services, their customer service was top notch. Once we confirmed the time, they followed up the day before to confirm. They even sent a text to let us know the name of the technician that was assigned to our job. If the need arises, I would definitely use them!

Job well done

Everything about my experience was top notch. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote. Justin came out and did a thorough job of explaining my options and gave me an estimate for three different approaches to my job. Guys came out two days later and did a very professional job of installing two new outside outlets including a 30 amp RV outlet. Work was reasonably priced and looked great. Additionally, Justin was quick to respond to any questions I had including a couple of questions after the installation. A very pleasurable experience.

- Didn't install lights straight and level until I required them to do so. - Installed two sets of three lights that needed to ;line up; with each other. Didn't measure, just eyeballed, lights do not quite line up - used my ladder, not theirs didn't return it to its hanging place on wall properly. - Didn't clean up. Left drywall dust on floor and some debris in garage. - Did job same day as quote which I appreciate.
