It was a little expensive for one plug.

Booked the first time - no show. Booked a second time - tech arrived at completely wrong time. Tech did not wait 10 min for me to adjust my scheduled meetings and come talk to him. Hired for a diagnostic for the repair of the outdoor ceiling fan; informed after the visit that they do not actually repair fans, only install new ones. The light fixture of fan worked before tech came, not working anymore - will not come to check what was done to the light for free. Customer service is very available and responsive but not solution-oriented, just looking to sell more, which is a bad strategy when a client is calling to complain. I hope I just got unlucky but I am worse off after tech visit than before. I was going to hire them the day I replace the fan but now I will not.

Did not like the review of other electrical possibilities other than the one intended. free estimate turned into labored review of expensive other projects with considerable time taken to review. When given a simple thing to do, did not have enough parts and cost was way way more than it should have cost. no more use of company or HA.

Very professional consultation. No high pressure sales pitch. Produces several options to choose from. The actual electricians that came out didn t seem like they knew the entire job, I had to review with them. Only thing I would suggest to A1 is to coach your electricians on project review before starting the job. A small thing though, zero issues with the work. A+ experience all the way around.
