we had a language barrier which made communicating about the scope of work difficult. My main complaint was the tech dropped a box that had the fluorescent bulbs he replaced and they shattered on my living room floor. He had no clue how to clean the mess up. I had to do the main bulk of clean up. An electrical tech should definitely know what to do in a dangerous situation like that.

I called for electrical outlet relocation and specifically requested English speaking technician! On day of they sent Black, which is fine no problem. Next day when work is to be done they sent 2 Hispanic speaking technicians. Upon arrival they look at me and did not know what to do! Great I explained what to and they answered in part Spanish and English, then I had to pull out my cellphone for Google Translate to help clear up communication issues! That just slows everything down! Regarding price I thought it was little steep and then communications issues makes for negative reviews! As for their work I thought it was left unfinished when they left hole in our wall, jmo.

I just had an estimate done and the electrician was excellent explaining everything in detail. ð   will definitely use them for both business and home.

They showed up on time and did excellent work re-wiring a gutted bathroom as well as running two home run 20amp circuits to the breaker box in the garage 60' away. They finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were a pleasure to use for my project. I highly recommend them!

The worst. I cannot give them zero stars or I would. Unbelievable. literally, so bad I do not have the words or space to explain it...

They are very affordable. Luke was very knowledgeable and upfront. Found the problem very quickly and resolved it. His helper was alittle aloof. They just need to wear their face masks appropriately (over the nose). I work in healthcare and that is a big pet peeve of mine. Proper mask wearing is key in this pandemic. Reduces risk all around. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.

Great service and really quality work. i will defintelly rehire as needed and i would highly recommend to anyone.

A-1 Plus electrical did a great job installing a generator transfer switch. They were on time and very organized. Will use them in the future for other electrical work.

Good work but left screws on my patio and removed a solar light with out replacing, overall good experience
