Replacement of my electrical box by A1 Electrical was prompt as far as appointment scheduling. Respectful by wearing shoe coverings when entering my home. I do not wear shoes into my home, so I appreciated that. The price quoted was acceptable, lower than some other ones. The work was done in a timely manner. After they left I wanted to send photos of the new box to my daughter, but I could not open the box at all. I called the installer Nick and explained that I neded to be able to open it. They came back to help, they too could not open it. However, they fixed the stiff latch and I'm now able to open it. Happy & satisfied customer. Andrea

It was good. On time for appointment, professional, installation went fairly quick. Installers weren?t quite sure how to connect motion light to wiki though. Previously had a ceiling fan installed as well and was satisfied with their work.

The first technician came just past the "window" for arrival. He was very friendly and was able to diagnose the problem, but to accommodate the tenant he could not complete the work that day. On the day we rescheduled, a different technician showed up. He was on time. He was nice but we had some difficulty communicating because English was his second language. He did change out the necessary outlets and very efficiently solved the problem. I would definitely use A-1 Electrical again.
