I made an appointment with them to fix my fan. They didn't show up and didn't call to say why or to follow up.

Hired them to install 3 ceiling fans and two bathroom light fixtures. They showed up on time, did a good job and were professional. Only issue was when they moved our bed in the Master Bedroom, they scratched the wall and didn't inform me.

Following a lightning strike, A1-Plus inspected the house and found a ground/neutral problem in the service panel and a few scortch marks. They explained in laymans terms what probably happened and how they went about fixing it. They also helped with the insurance filing. I have recommended them to my neighbors, who have used them and are pleased with their professional work. These guys are great!

Be sure to ask if the quote includes TAX !! I mention this because he quoted me a price for which I wrote a check while he did the work but when he handed me the receipt for his work, the amount due was higher because he now included tax. Because I had already written the check for the lower price, he reluctantly agreed to change the receipt to the lower price. And ask ahead if he takes CC because he forgot his CC reader so I had to go home to get my checkbook to pay him. He would not allow me to pay by mail but I understand since I was a new customer. David was prompt, seemed knowledgeable and friendly so I think I'd recommend him.

David was easy to work with, he even worked his scheduel around mine. He gave me a free estimate and told me how long the work would take. When he came out to do the job he brought a co-worker with him. The work was done quicker than he planned and at no extra cost.

Was very pleasant. I felt safe knowing I was getting A-1 service. The company name is perfect. Would recommend not only to friends an family but to strangers too! Great job!
