 + -1 moreJoe came to our home and showed us the lines of window blinds he carried - faux wood, real wood, bamboo shutters, etc. We ordered his basic product, 2 inch faux wood white smooth window blinds. He ordered them from the factory, it took about 2 weeks for them to be manufactured. He and a helper came to our home and installed them in about 2 hours. He showed us how to care for them, etc. The blinds seem to be good quality and sturdy. Joe answered my questions prior to the sale, and he accepted my wife's request to skip the downpayment he normally collects - I paid in full on installation. The blinds were fit very closely to the size of each window which I appreciate because it helps eliminate extra light coming in.
