My wife hired them. They were prompt and professional. Did a fine job and clean-up.

The flowerbed that he installed was beautiful. BUT the St Augustine sod was 50 % dead the day they put it down. When I complained, he said that" it probably dried out a little on the delivery truck, just water it and it will come back." I took pictures of it, then and today(one month later). After watering everyday morning and evening = Still Dead. I feel that I paid a LOT of money for dead grass. We would love to attach the pictures. The people he sent to install did not do a proper job. I was told they would adjust the slope by adding a layer of top soil. They did not. They just dropped the sod on the ground without any prep work. No tilling the ground. The foundation was supposed to be covered, but they did not do that until I complained the next day. They covered up every sprinkler head. My husband had to uncover them. The truck leaked fluids all over the neighbor's driveway. I asked them not to park there on Saturday, and they ignored me and left the truck where it was. The method of laying pieces of sod was different than I have ever seen - spaced about 2 inches apart in perfect rows, NOT close together at all, not staggering the next row. The owner Mr. Bowman said that they probably had done it properly but the sun can shrink it and make it look separated. I have laid sod myself and if you place one piece up against the next , it does NOT shrink and separate like this. Mr. Bowman was hard to get ahold of by phone, by text, and by email. He would say "I'll be there early next week" and I would not see him for a week. so I called back, again I got the response "I'll put you on the schedule for early next week. " He came on a Friday. (I don't call that early in the week). Maybe he is just a very busy man. I don't know. When my husband called to complain about all of the above issues, he said he would come the next morning and take care of it. He did not show up at all. He sent the same work crew that we felt had not done a good job in the first place. After a long text message with my complaints, and he did finally call me to discuss it, but to my knowledge he never came to the property to see in person what we were unhappy with. That was very disappointing. I don't know if we got a new inexperienced crew working on our yard, or if they are all like this. Perhaps they needed more communication with the boss. I would have appreciated it if Mr. Bowman would have shown up when we expressed our problems with the work that was done. I would not feel that I could recommend his company.

Other than communication and overall late at getting started , once they did start they kept at it till the job was done which took three days

Were a bit late and left some dirt over the grass after work completed ( one sprinkler head was replaced). Other then that no issues. Work done pretty fast.
