Easy to work with, very fast and good price

The tech was over an hour late for appointment. Once there he quoted a price that was over$100 dollars higher than the verbal quote I received the previous evening over the phone. Additionally he tried to upgrade repair. I told them I would get someone else rather than pay inflated charges. After consulting his office they did agree to make the repair at quoted verbal rate. In my estimation after talking with my neighbors this companies charges are still high in comparison with other similar services

I wish (only because I am frugal) the cost was less, but, at least, I have a working garage door!! My repair man was great.

The fence looks great. The company matched an estimate from another company. After the initial estimate, the customer service was almost non existant. I had to do all of the calling to get the project started after I chose them as a builder.

I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of the employees of this company. While they did point out some items that need to be done, they did not try to hard sell me on doing the work immediately.
