Quality, service, and friendly staffing made this an enjoyable experience. I felt the final price was a bit high....but I am happy with the end product.

Our garage doors broke, so I called Christian Doors out. They scheduled a time to come out. Showed up on time. Went over doors and colors with us and explained everything we asked. They put the doors up and took everything with them and cleaned up. The next day the door would not open. We called them out and they came that night and fixed the problem. He said he had probably just forgotton to tighten the piece that attached and made the garage go up. He apologized and it was fixed and we have not had any problems since then. So far they look great and are working fine!

The dispatcher/sales rep (Tony) was professional and courteous. Very flexible in getting someone out to assist us. The technician (Josh) was knowledgeable and courteous. Gave me options and didn't pressure me to pay for extra services. Price for a spring replacement was a higher than I would have expected. We'll shop around for our door upgrade.

After the initial installment with (2) windows in the 4th panel, my accountant (wife) was not pleased. Working with FCD's Phil and installer Josh, we were able to get a revision to (8) windows in the 3rd panel without delay at a fair change order price!

Excellent job on the garage door. I had 2 single garage doors that they converted to one single full lenght garage door. They were on time, cleaned up the mess before they left. All parts of the job were very professional. I will use them again for my next job.

Would select their business anytime

Extremely responsive...in fact, because our garage door spring had broken on a Sunday evening (we called at about 9:00 that evening) and we weren't going to be able to open our garage door in the morning, they sent a terrific mechanic out at 7:00 on Monday morning to get it fixed so we could get to work on time. He did a terrific job, and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Quality work and wonderful people!!!

Technician explain to me everything that needed to be done and Itemized cost the work was very professional, and charges were competitive they even did a price match from competitors. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars in customer service is because they arrive a little later than agreed

Work was done by a courteous technician, he worked to adjust to my time schedule, he was polite, friendly and provided important information about my new opener.

Prompt. Honest. Jason discussed all options for the work we needed to have done to our 17 year old garage door opener. He left the choice up to us without pressure. We decided to have the whole unit replaced as well as the rollers. We recommend to anyone needing repair or replacement of a garage door opener.
