I am reporting to BBB that this company has extremely poor customer service.

Mike was my repairman. He showed up on time. Very nice and professional I was so pleased with the repair,I bought a garage door opener!!! After all was compete, he picked up his trash and took it with him. If I ever need any work on my garage, they win!!!

Excellent service and affordability! They were fast and friendly and even offered pointers for some maintanence I can do on my own. My garage doors are much quieter now as well which wasn't even part of my original request for service!

s stated in prior conversation. He made a visual inspection of the situation, after which he explained what was happening and what was needed to repair the garage door and how much it would cost. After receiving an OK, he retrived his tools and the parts for the repair. He began to work and was quite efficent, for within a very short time the work was complete, My Garage Door was worrking properly again.

The evaluation and solution was done with a professional ,careful and speedy response.

We are so pleased with our repair. In the past other contractors have come and were unable to fix the wiring problem. FCD not only found the problem, they fixed it and did a complete tune up of the system and was so reasonably priced.

FCD was great came out within two hours on a Sunday to fix my door when the cable came off the pully. He also showed me that I had the wrong rollers put on from a previous service call. My garage door works like brand new, and it's quieter not bad for a unit that's 10 years old.

Family Christian Doors came out to fix a major problem caused by another gate llc,contractor providing inferior work and not standing behind their guarantee. Family Christian Doors gave me an estimate, was there on time and did a fantastic job. I definately will recommend Family Christian Doors as the ONLY one to use from Service Magic.
