the contractor Ty did a great job worked real hard at trying to determine what the issue was.

Troy was great he know his job,he is professional,kind,smart and most of all has patients. He had to endure 1 hour with 2 middle aged women asking him about his job, along with some free advice for when he gets married. My service call was about broken springs, I spoke with Tony and with in 2 hours Troy was there. Thank you FCD- I will use again

I told them my situation as they came over the next day and had the door up in five minutes, which was good as my car was stuck in the garage. They explained that I could salvage the damaged panel and they would put everything back together and tune up existing parts. The door operated as smoothly as my door that is never used, will have them come us and tune that one up with new parts, as well. Troy and his son were very knowledgable, personable, and kind. Pleasure doing business with them.
