Kyle and his crew are very personable and do a great job keeping my yard looking good. They aim to please! Hard workers.

Called within 10 minutes of request, arrived within another 10 to review job for estimate. Texted before arrival and completed work in a timely manner. Completed all as work requested. Very satisfied.

Kyle states he will be there on a specific day and time and then does not show up. He will quote you a price for yard services that were explained to him, and then charge you a higher price. This company is very unreliable, and unprofessional.

This is the worst company ever. Paid them in advance to mow but they never called or ever did the job. I texted them July 6th 2018 asking for a refund but never ever got it back. Worst company and very horrible customer service. If you hired these guys, please do not pay them in advance. I am still waiting for my money.

It would’ve been nice to have my entire yard cut. One small side of the yard in the back was totally neglected and cut wasn't low enough to not look as if it wasn’t mowed when the next rain came. I’m typically a trusting person but I will definitely ensure I can get a company to maintain my lawn when I’m at home and can voice my concerns. I was quoted a price and if my yard was too much work that should have been said. I was willing to pay based on the fact the yard was a little over grown. Also, I was informed of the services being provided one day 8/14, but upon trying to confirm that the morning of the 14th I did not receive a response until 11:25 PM the night of the 14th stating he was sick and they would cut my grass the 15th. I would not recommend them based on the service I was provided.

Grass Monkey is reasonably priced and do great work.

The guys are friendly and helpful. The price is in line with the services. They did a great job and are very hard working! :)

Kyle gave me more and better information in the first five minutes of talking with me than I got out of my last lawn service in 15 years. They listen to us and are transforming our badly damaged yards into much nicer looking landscapes. I wish we had hired Grass Monkey sooner. I’m looking forward to the projects we have planned. I have every confidence that we are finally going to have the yards we’ve been wanting.

They came out on 3/21 mowed the yard, cleaned the fenced backyard area but not the flowerbeds. Texted me the cost, I replied asking how to pay them since I wasn't at home and received no response. Called them 4/4 as that would be 2 weeks from the last appointment and was told "I'll get you on the schedule". It's been 2 days since that call and they are a no show.

While these guys did a fine job on my lawn (only had 1 service so far) they aren't good about responding. They texted me stating what the price for the first visit would be (the quoted bi-weekly rate and an addtl. cleanup), I texted back asking how I should pay them. Almost 2 weeks has gone by with no response. My rating may change if they don't show up this week.
